Netanyahu Praises Trump’s Attack on Iran
In a video statement, Netanyahu described Trump’s move as “courageous,” emphasizing the sequence “First comes power, then peace.”
He praised the decision, stating, “Congratulations, President Trump. Your bold decision to target Iran’s nuclear facilities with the awesome and righteous might of the United States will change history.”
Netanyahu further declared that “History will record that President Trump acted to deny the world’s most dangerous regime, the world’s most dangerous weapons.”
Following the attack, an Israeli broadcaster reported that President Trump spoke with Netanyahu via telephone.
President Trump had earlier revealed on Saturday that American armed forces coordinated with Israel in carrying out airstrikes on Iran.
“We have completed our very successful attack on the three nuclear sites in Iran, including Fordow, Natanz, and Esfahan,” Trump stated on his platform, Truth Social.
According to a report, the US struck the Iranian nuclear facilities using six bunker-buster bombs deployed by B-2 stealth aircraft on the Fordo complex, along with a significant barrage of submarine-launched cruise missiles aimed at the Natanz and Esfahan sites.
A news agency reported that Trump disclosed these details during an interview, noting the use of 30 Tomahawk missiles launched from submarines.
